This Privacy Policy explains how Ellachka, operated by Eleonora (Elle) in Charlotte, North Carolina, handles information through ellachka.com and its project inquiry chat.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry or start a chat, we collect your name, email address, any phone number you provide, project details, messages and any photos you upload. Chat records also include a conversation identifier and message timestamps. Please only share information you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to understand your project, respond to you, maintain the conversation and manage potential or ongoing work. We may also use relevant records to troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Chat storage and service providers
Messages, contact details and uploaded photos are sent to and stored through the Ellachka project inbox on CactusDen at cactusden.com. The inbox is used to review and reply to your inquiries. Hosting and communications providers may process information as needed to operate the website and deliver project communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address misuse.
Browser storage and technical information
The chat uses your browser’s local storage to remember a conversation identifier, session token and recent activity so you can return to the conversation from the same browser. Clearing site data or starting a new chat resets the local session; it does not delete messages already stored in the inbox.
Hosting services may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times in operational or security logs. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google and may send technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
The current website does not include advertising pixels or a visitor analytics script. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the chat’s necessary storage or processing.
Retention and security
Inquiry records may remain in the project inbox after a chat session ends. We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage project relationships, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and type of record; there is no automatic deletion when you close the chat. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit an inquiry, omit your phone number or avoid uploading photos. To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, use CHAT WITH ME and mark your message “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests are subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Clearing browser storage alone does not make a deletion request.
Children and external websites
This website is intended for people seeking business services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us through chat so we can review and address it. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.
