These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of ellachka.com, operated by Eleonora (Elle) under the Ellachka name in Charlotte, North Carolina. Please review them before using the website or submitting an inquiry.

Website and project inquiries

This website describes custom business application, website and workflow services. Information on the site is general and may change. Sending an inquiry or chatting with Elle does not create a service contract, reserve availability or guarantee acceptance of a project.

Project agreements

Before paid work begins, the parties should agree separately in writing on scope, deliverables, fees, payment timing, milestones and any support arrangements. Ownership or licensing of custom work, third-party costs, revisions, cancellation and refunds are governed by that project agreement. A separate signed project agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Responsible use

Use the website and chat lawfully. Do not submit spam, malicious files, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or impersonate another person. We may restrict access or remove submissions that misuse the service.

Your submissions

You retain any rights you hold in the materials you submit. You authorize Ellachka and its service providers to store, review and use those materials as needed to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested work. Share only content you are authorized to provide. Please arrange any necessary confidentiality agreement before sharing trade secrets or sensitive business materials.

Chat and communications

Chat messages and photos are handled through the Ellachka inbox on CactusDen. Replies depend on availability; chat is not a guarantee of an immediate response. Sessions can expire, and access to a previous conversation may depend on browser storage. Do not use this service for emergencies. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Website content and third-party services

Website text, branding, designs and images are owned by Ellachka or their respective owners. You may view the website for personal use or to evaluate services.
